Maybe the silver lining is it brings the rest of the guys together a bit more, even if it is bringing them together in hatred of Jimmy. We may also find out if it sparks some kind of pride. Obviously not the way you want to do that, and Jimmy clearly needs to go after today, but hey, let me find some nugget of hope in all this mess.

I presume this ensures Butler won't be allowed back at practice until they trade him, right?

I am pretty sure Teague replied " It's ok Jimmy, I don't mind being called a soft lazy little bitch"

Last I looked, NBA rings happen when you bust your tail *and* trust and enable your teammates. Butler's always had it exactly half right.

Some people love this stuff from Butler and some don't. Maybe this actually raises his trade value to someone...like Pat Riley. If nothing else I guess everyone knows Jimmy is healthy right? Lol

I think that's a very true and pretty succinct way of summing up Butler

This makes me like and appreciate Jimmy Butler even more, honestly.

Get this, he apparently screamed the entire practice and declared during the scrimmage that he was guarding Towns and "shutting that shit down." Complete savage mode.

It *almost* makes me want the Wolves to just keep Butler and clean house around him.

Butler's sitdown, where he comes across as just a good guy competing... is up at ESPN.

http://www.espn.com/video/clip?id=24952000

The Wolves have to do SOMETHING to offset the Jimmy Butler orchestrated media blitz he's on right now. He's leaving a wide path of destruction in his wake. There's a time and a place to play the "professional" angle... but Butler is being the scorched earth guy AND the consummate pro if he gets to control this story like he has today.

Right now, he's getting his cake... and eating it too. Wiggins and Towns... the future of the team... are left looking like lazy chumps. True or not... that's gonna make them a hard sell for ownership/management when the dust settles. Show some fight for chrissakes, whether on the court or via the media/PR game.

We're in Year 30 of a mostly inept franchise. This isn't good.

Lol Jimmy came locked and loaded. Oh Rachel Nichols is already in MN for a sit down interview after he blew up practice. Wonder how she was so prepared for the occasion? Wonder how Woj bombs keep falling left and right about a closed practice? Jimmy is calling these guys out as hard as you can. They need to talk to the media and stick up for themselves or the whole league is gonna buy what Jimmy is selling them right now. Show some heart. Show some guts. Time to man up.

Wiggins and Towns are both soft as hell. Its sad really. Guys like that dont win championships. They are there to collect a paycheck and get their numbers for there next paycheck. Really wish this attitude would rub off on them. I think towns and wiggins need someone to push them. Problem is they are so damn entitled that instead of going out and showing out the cry about it on social media. This is getting entertaining though.

lol yeah me too especially after seeing the whole interview.. now I'm on the, put Thibs, KAT, Wigs and Butler in a room until they figure this shit out. No more bullshit.

He said he LOVES this team and his teammates and the problem is basically that they baby everyone, pussyfoot around and are not direct and honest.

The organization was reported as saying it was the best practice all preseason and they liked it overall. Vets reportedly liked it too.
