I believe this as well - but who knows. Even if Martin plays tonight, it will certainly be reduced minutes for him...so I'm assuming an opportunity for LaVine to show if he's ready for prime time or D-League.

I'm guessing they start like this:
PG: Rubio
SG: Bud
SF: Brewer
PF: Young
C: Pek
And back them up with:
PG: Mo
SG: Wiggins
SF: Bazz
PF: Bennett
C: Dieng
Wiggins will start at SF most of the year, but with Martin out, I'm guessing Flip may want to pair him with Bazz off the bench. Just guessing though. It gives him a chance to watch the action for the first 8 minutes of his first game...calm the jitters a little.
I don't think wants a second unit to be four players with a one year or less experience and Mo. Putting Wiggins in the starting lineup means Brew and Mo will be there to steady the 2nd unit!
*Yes, I realize I used the word steady and Brew in the same sentence! LOL
The guy that worries me the most is Pek. He didn't find his rhythm in the pre-season. It took him a month into the season last year to find his rhythm. And Gasol has generally been a tough match up for him.

The Drunken Dribbler can show case his skills at SG....that means less minutes for LaVine :-(
