Stauskas and Harris are both likeable players....Just not sure either can be real impact players next season. I won't be disappointed if we drafted either of them at #13, but I don't view it as solving our short-term problem at SG.

He's no doubt the better defender. Not even close on that end. On offense, Stauskas has him beat. Better passer, better shooter. I'd call their finishing abilities a push, but if you wanna give Harris the edge as a finisher since he's the better athlete I wouldn't argue.

I fell in love with Harris' game last year. Stauskas got me this year. Lol it'll come down to who's available at 13 or wherever we end up. On Chad Ford's big board, he had Harris in the top-10 and Stauskas outside of it. Give me one of them and I'm a happy guy.

Yeah, me too. Honestly, I hope we're in a position to not have to rely on Stauskas/Harris next year except for specialty roles...Stauskas as a 3-point specialist or Harris as a defensive 2. I'd rather see Martin backing up a very good 2-way SG that we pick up in a trade for Pek (nope, don't know who it might be...that's Flip's job), and allow the rookies to acclimate slowly.

I still see Martin as the starting SG next year so whatever SG we draft will be off the bench. Have the rookie be an upgrade to the bench offense that has been awful this year. I think Harris/Stauskas could have a nice impact right from the start and as a result lead to less minutes for Martin, hopefully keeping him healthy.

"Shabazz Napier, PG, UCONN. Not sure if he's getting lottery love, but I'll go ahead and say I'd really like to have him. Would be a hell of a pickup and one that would hopefully force Flip to give Barea the boot. Napier's gotten better at practically everything each year. FG%, 3P%, FT%, PPG, APG, RPG, SPG and FTs made (gets to the line). Can score in different ways. Pull-up jumper, three pointer off the dribble, step-back jumper, penetrating the lane, drawing the foul. Exceptional ball-handler. Can get anywhere on the court. Just from watching him on TV you can tell he's got a really good feel for the game. Oh, and he's money in big moments. Several game-winners already this year."

This is what I had to say about Napier back in February. He's carried UCONN to the Elite Eight Kemba Walker style. Keep a scenario alive where we draft Napier in the first round (after trading down?) and then use our MLE on Jodie Meeks. Napier/Meeks/Muhammad/DC/Dieng.

I thought he would be a good pickup in the second round. I think he goes at the end of the first now.

Harris had a good game today in a losing effort. 22 pts, 8-14 FG, 4-9 3P.

About to watch Stauskas play. I'm assuming he'll have James Young guarding him.

Yeah, I was very impressed with both Harris and Napier in a pressure-filled game, and agree with bleed that Napier has played himself into the first round.

Stauskas makes his first two threes.

The more I watch him play, the more I hope Andrew Harrison comes out and we take him at 13. He's a 6'5 PG that has just been getting to the rim at will all tournament long. He's also big enough to guard most 2's so you could make him the backup while playing a few minutes next to Ricky. He's a shot creator which we need and his size will help him finish at the rim much better than JJ. He also looks like he could be a decent 2 way player which is something I think we need out of this draft.

10 quick points for Stauskas. Was perfect until a heat check. Guarding one of the Harrison twins instead of Young, just to clarify.
