2030 pick swap and 2031 unprotected first

Can’t freeze picks we don’t have

I LOVE THIS MOVE!!
I can't believe that would be all
So do I, Wild. As you know he was high on my wish list for the Wolves. I can’t believe we didn’t give up Naz or Jaden. Did we give up #27 or 37?

I can’t remember being this excited about a Wolves draft pick other than the Edwards pick. Assuming we still have our two picks, 27 and 37, I want to end up with Scheierman and I’ll go to be a very, vary happy Wolves fan!

Woj is saying the same. Unprotected first and pick swap. Time to package 27 and 37 for another move up.

Lip, I'm right there with you. Dillingham and Scheierman and you can plan the parade.

Nope! Just 2031 and 2030 pick swap, top 1 protected.

Seems amazing. I wonder if we will be trading one or both of our other picks for future assets?

Give me Holmes at 27 or N'Faly at 37 and I'll be happy. Wolves need a Rudy backup. Don't know much about Dillingham, but he's tiny with short arms and read he's not a good defender, so even more reason to get another rim protector.

Connelly preparing for his exit by trading all our picks for now through 2031. Feels like going a little crazy for a draft that is considered pretty bad. Tell me more about Dillingham.

Bobby Marks says moving to #8 increases our projected luxury tax bill from 56 mil to 84 mil…

Who is paying? Glen or Arod/Lore?!? :D

I'd rather go Kolek or Holmes if either are there. While I'm ok with Scheierman, Wolves don't have a good history with shooters and I'm a little worried he's another Mike Miller, Saric, Morrison or McDermott, and I'd rather gamble on someone with better upside.
The thing about Scheierman is that he isn't just a shooter. Elite rebounder for his position and great passer. Really good pick and roll ball handler too, although in limited possessions.

Also, I'm as much a negative nelly about this franchise's history with shooting as anyone, but when you draft a guy that has elite volume AND percentages, it's highly likely that he will eventually shoot well in the NBA. Might not happen right away, but a lot of those attempts at Creighton were crazy hard or crazy long and he still shot a good percentage.
NO FUCKainG way!!!
The Scheierman dream is still alive!!!!

I can’t help but think we might have a salary cutting move in the works. Or at least a move or two to free up roster spots…
