If we cant play the good teams with some toughness this season is a wash in my opinion. They have been so soft all year and have yet to beat a top team. If they cant get up for this one I would say it firmly places us as a lottery team which is pathetic given our roster.

The Timberwolves are 5-3 through eight games during this crucial 14-game stretch -- right where I thought they'd be. Minnesota couldn't manage the split in Portland, but they surprised by winning both games in a back-to-back. When's the last time that happened?

They'll have a big opportunity against Dallas again at home on Wednesday. They really need to keep the momentum going with a win as they enter a tough four-game road-trip after.

Yeah, the stretch of games after Wednesday is BRUTAL. I might be OK going 1-3 in those four games.

Luka will be dialled in. His body doesnt look right though. Not that he screams peak athleticism. 40% usg cant be great for a guy who doesnt workout though.

Well, the Timberwolves have largely played solid basketball over this stretch, but they're just 5-7 through 12 of the 14 games specified.

With Milwaukee and Detroit left on the December slate, they could still technically finish 7-7 over the 14 games, which would be decent considering the difficult road trips and being undermanned. However, I was hoping for a bit more success.

I want to see a similar level of fight and competitiveness on Friday against the Bucks to what we saw tonight. The loss against the Pelicans doesn't take away what the Wolves did really well. They just couldn't secure the dub.

Beat a struggling (recently) Milwaukee club. Beat a terrible Detroit team. Head into 2023 at 18-19.
