Another loss and our defense was terrible, but I found the game immensely entertaining. As I mentioned in a short post in this thread, I was pleased with both Young and Bennett last night. Although neither shot well last night, I still saw flashes of what I want to see from both of them. Thad was much more active on defense (although he was burned a couple times on Brewer-type gambling) and on the boards, and for one night looked more like the guy who played well in Philly. And Bennett's combo of thundering dunks and 3-point range got Jim Peterson excited about his potential...and me too.

Wiggins continued his efficient, consistent scoring, despite being sick and missing most of the 4th quarter...Cavs fans have to be thinking about what could have been if LeBron had showed a little more patience instead of forcing a trade. Gorgui got hammered on the boards by Len, but had another promising offensive game. Hummel had another good game...he won't see the court as much, if at all, once everyone is back, but he sure knows how to play the game. Future coach?. And Mo shot well again and showed why he can be a valuable sparkplug once he returns to the proper backup role.

It's tough to not be frustrated with another double digit loss, but it's also easy to be excited about what this team is going to do when our four key players return this month.

I was at the game last night. The defense is just so bad. There is no resistance for dribble penetration. There is little resistance in the paint. Nobody boxes out, ever. But we all know this.

What some of you may not know is what a joke Radoolitza is. Warming up before each half, Miroslav would routinely shoot shots from behind the backboard when he wasn't flipping up ridiculous scoops under the hoop. He did not prepare himself to play and it showed when he did play. Get this clown out of here and bring back Adrien.

What a joke the guy is indeed if he is shooting behind the backboards. I want him gone as well after hearing that. Adrien, undersize and all is good enough to be a rotation guy and he will kncok people around. Adtien deserves to be on a nba team.

This really makes me question what the hell the Wolves were thinking. Adrien was a known commodity who was a plus rebounder and stayed in his lane, never trying to do too much. I don't think this Raduljica would even play basketball except that he's so damn big and it's easy money for him. Flip The Coach doesn't even play him whereas Adrien was a regular backing up Dieng. What was Flip The GM thinking!?

I bet once his 10 days are up we'll see Adrien back.

I liked Adrien, but let's be honest - he's not a vital piece for the future. I read somewhere that they didn't want to guarantee his money for the year and that's why the let him go. The extra roster spot allows them to try out a few other guys. I haven't seen enough of this Rad guy to form much of an opinion. But if what Phenom wrote is true, then that might explain why he hasn't been getting many minutes. And it would likely mean he's gone after his 10 day contract is up. Pek should be ready to go by then, so we should be ok going forward. And I think most agree we will draft or acquire another big for next year.

I would be fine with having Adrien on our bench now and next year. Productive big body who has a nastiness about him. Can play in a pinch. Those guys are nice to have.
