We're down 11 now.

Ok, question. It's 4:45 am here. The neighbor in the apartment beneath mine is obviously doing some kind of work in the ceiling of his apartment just below ours, like he's installing a wiring and a new light fixture or something, and it sounds like a damn raccoon digging through the floor and walls of our apartment. But it's not just in one place, he's doing it right in two corners of the building, it must be in two different rooms in their apartment. He's been at it since about 4:15. On a scale of 1-10, how weird is that? There's more backstory to it, but just wondering what you guys think.
