Didn't watch the Teddy video yet.
More notes. TJ Clemmings being tried out at guard now and Sirles and Hill being backup tackles.

Players on oline have to get reps at more than one spot if they are going to be backups.

True. I am just happy to see Clemmings getting time at guard. That is likely his best position. Good to hear they have not given up on Sirles as a RT.

If Sharif can play this DL will be crazy deep.

If you click on the interview with Steussie both articles are worth a read IMO.

Nothing ground breaking. Clemmings is fighting for a spot on the 53 man. I wonder if they feel he can be Berger's replacement when he retires.
The OL is area I worry about. I feel good about it now, but one injury to Reiff or Boone and things get dicey fast. Hill and Remmers would give me some hope we would be able to weather it better than last year though.

I'm less worried about Boone as Sirles I think can get the job done well enough at LG. Im biased but Sitles is a really valuable depth guys. Reiff (like most teams losing a LT) if he gets hurt things....gets dicey quickly unless Hill can be serviceable. It will be interesting how many OL they keep and who grabs the last spot or 2. Nobody has gotten injured yet so that's a positive but it's early.

I saw an article saying the DL was the weak link on this team. I seriously don't see it. I look at it as a strength.
We have 3 good to great DE's.
We have a great DT/NT and a good group 3 of rotational talent on the inside that each bring something unique.
5 Vets that won't make it out of training camp. (top 3 I see making it)
