Re: Thibs Supporter or not?

I voted support for Thibs for the reasons given by both Q and LST. Thibs wasn't my first choice and he has to be held accountable for how poorly this teams has played to date (see Q's post). However, he's our head coach and he's not going anywhere.
And honestly, I want to see how this team develops and performs for a full season under him. We still have more than half the season remaining. Thibs has a record of success before coming here and is highly regarded in coaching circles. While I'm not a fan of his micromanaging style and relentless barking, I prefer his fully engaged approach to the disgusting detachment we saw from Rambis. And, unlike Sam, when Thibs explains and discusses things in interviews he sounds completely calm, nondefensive and very thoughtful. So I still see a chance that he connects with and transforms this young team into a winner.
