We've managed to sign more than 10 free agents?!
Love it. Go Wolves.

Good to hear Juancho is healthy and that he will get to play. Like ai said before this could be a way for him to get some good vibes going into next season. I still think he can be an effective player and be more than what he showed last season

That is actually huge. Hernangomez isn't amazing but he doesn't suck and his expiring gets a tad better. Happy with this news
Yes, it's really good news for the Wolves. If nothing else, it improves his trade value. And I agree he doesn't totally suck.

The Wolves block Juancho playing in the Olympics and his brother is not happy about it

Good move by the Wolves IMO. Gotta protect their investment, either as a trade chip or a 3-point PF threat off the bench. F#*% Willi (unless he's kidding...I think he might be).

Here's the story:
Per Eurohoops, "Juancho wants to play in the Olympic Games, but Juancho won't be able to play," Garbajosa said in a statement. "We've had countless medical meetings and we've never received a 'no'. We have a received a 'yes'. We don't have a problem with the [Minnesota Timberwolves] or the NBA. It's a problem of people - not medical personnel - who have personally decided that Juancho couldn't play. I'm talking about their president of basketball operations [Gersson Rosas].

I don't think it's a good move. If the medical professionals gave the green light, then there likely isn't an issue of further injury. This hurts relations with an important international basketball team. More importantly, it takes away an opportunity for Juancho to improve his game in actually high-level competitive basketball and potentially showcase his talent after a disappointing season. This isn't a huge deal, but I'll add it to the list of things that make me questions Gersson's judgment.

I agree Lip, the only way strong arming Spain makes sense on this would be that he has a deal in place. Otherwise its not worth the fight in comparison to the overall benefits.

I don't know... I think it might show Rosas isn't fooling around, that he's putting more chips into the middle of the table for this upcoming season. Yes, it might be good for morale to let Juancho play, but it may not make the most sense for the Wolves.
On the other hand, I'm not sure I have always much confidence in how Rosas plays his cards, so...
