LeBron was like Shaq in that he had the proportions and athleticism usually only associated with more normal sizes, but was literally 30% bigger than everyone else . . . from a young age.
He works out like crazy, doesn't party, and absolutely eats right. He's only 34.
I'd be leery of making any claims about knowing for certain a player isn't using performance enhancing drugs... we've seen the story too many times. There's too much at stake.
But if it makes it easier to be a fan... I'm not knocking you for that. Maybe I'm just too cynical.

Maybe maybe not . But should anyone be using that to form an opinion based on the chance that it might be true?
Like I said earlier, all these other players in other sports were thought to be exceptional until they were caught, how many more can you imagine were never caught? I think it's perfectly reasonable to question wether he is using banned performance enhancements. Just because NBA players haven't been caught in great numbers like baseball (which requires less physical extremes btw) doesn't mean players are not doing it. It would be silly to assume otherwise. Baseball seems to test more often and catch offenders much more often. NBA, Hockey and the NFL prefer to look the other way it seems for the most part. NBA and Hockey with the most lax testing.
