Flip and company has assembled the MOST impressive collection of young All Star (capable) or high caliber players. Sounds like I'm a homer, but be honest, would Thibs really sign here if he didn't see a chance to suceed with our collection of players?

This is a guy that is ALWAYS in the debate for a top NBA job should such opens and HE picked us!!! So why not???

Wiggins, Towns and Lavine headlines. But I feel that Rubio, Dieng don't ever get enough love. And that's not even mentioning Shabazz, Bjelic or Jones. AND the cap space that we have!!!!! Plus a high draft pick.

What would happen if we won the lottery again this year?!?!? Simmons on top of that? Like WTF? LOL Why not!

That organization has been robbed on a handful of players' careers being shortened by injuries. I think we got robbed on that one too as basketball fans.

Had that group worked out they would've been so dynamic. They all complimented each other perfectly. Oden defensive stalwart, Aldridge the perfect pairing to oden on offense and not a slouch defensively. Roy the playmaker and closer. Batum the 3 and D wing who does a bit of everything. You're right, we did get robbed of that one.

1996-97 Lakers with rookies Kobe and Fisher, 3rd year Eddie Jones, 4th year Nick Van Exel and 24 year old Shaq. Even their veterans Elden Campbell and Robert Horry were just 28 and 26 years old.

I wouldn't really tout the amount of cap space they have as with the cap jumping so much almost everybody has significant space.
