I voted Shabazz only becuz I think he has the most stones. He's willing to take shots wether he's open or not and his form doesn't seem to falter . Lavine is a close second . Both guys are unfazed by a hand in the face.

It almost came into play twice since we could have gone for the win at the end of regulation. I guess Mitchell agreed with our answer in terms of if we HAD to have a 3.

Soooooo, does that make us morons too, or is Sam suddenly raising his rep around here?

Well, we're all morons since the shot wasn't even close!

As for Sam being a moron, I'm not sure there is a consensus on this board on that point, unlike other places. I think you've got some folks like myself that are firmly planted in the wait-and-see mode (although I've certainly accused him of making a moronic decision or two!); others that think he's really a moron; and others than really think he's the right guy for the job at the right time.

Sam didn't adjust well to Skiles adjustments. When they trapped so aggressively outside the three, we needed to get the ball to someone flashing to the high post. It would have opened up multiple opportunities every time.

Hard to disagree with that, lots of backdoor cuts available. J-Pete also mentioned our bigs slipping the screen. They'll learn hopefully.

While I voted Lavine, I noticed that our top two 3pt percentage leaders were not among our choices: Payne and Rudez and Prince is also ahead of some of the choices on that list, Bazz, Kat and Rubio.

Payne might be the most fearless 3 point shooter on the team. He actually was a very good 3 point shooter in college (over 40%) and leads the team percentwise (though I know the sample size is small).
