I will add this that Sam wants guys to move the ball and when they do guys get open looks at 3's. The numbers may not support it but from what I see on the court what Sam says both while coaching and talking to the media the 3 is encouraged and valued more than it was last year. They need a couple guys to get rolling including Bazz Lavine (one way or another he is going to be a volume 3 point shooter but also needs to attack too) Martin and Wiggins. Having Rubio hurt doesn't help because in the past he would shoot them a bit and obviously he will find guys open as well. It will be interesting to see if Payne can keep his shooting motion he has had this year instead of a slow awkward one he had last year. He could be part of the answer off the bench. I don't want to get my hope up about him but I have been a little intrigued at least.
