We need Rasho to come back so he can teach Okafor the Slippery Eel.
Gary Trent can teach him the hip check, and dean garrett the over enthusiastic celebration on an open dunk. And of course Randy Breuer can teach him the combover. God we have had some pathetic centers, and I love everyone of them.
In related news Oliver Miller was there eating a box of Twinkes lol
Kandiman was there doing nothing.
Ervin Johnson was setting some good picks and keeping the media from getting too close to the basket.
Mark Blount could teach him to be a volume outside shooter.
Luc Longly could teach him how to not dunk and to blend in well and play good 1 out of 3 games and win a championship.
I'll say this if LG was willing to be part of the process I would do it just for the KG future HOF awe factor of recruiting if nothing else. I'm not saying that's a big deal but Flip has used every angle he possibly can as a transplanted Minnesotan knowing what stuff he can utilize to enhance the franchise. He has done a heck of a job there like having the young guys show up at the fair etc. I'm not sure what imput KG would really give as far as evaluating guys and how worthwhile it is but there could be some obvious small benefits to him being around.
I think KG's biggest value in terms of being in the draft process would be both for recruiting (i.e. keeping guys interested to come to MN) and then work ethic/attitude. I get the feeling that KG could read a player's "want to" ability probably better than Flip..or most FO members, since he's had lots of leadership, including championship leadership, history.

Don't forget his ability to walk on water. That skill can't be discounted when he is going to be counted on to mentor everyone from the rookies to the popcorn vendors.
I remember we brought in Noah before trading KG. I thought at the time he would be perfect player next to KG. They would both bring so much energy. Then we drafted Brewer and traded KG. Still think having Noah next to Al would have worked.

He can read their "want to" ability... and know the true intentions of their souls. He can hear their thoughts and what they believe. He sees you when you're sleeping. He knows when you're awake. He can mentor you from bad to good so like Anthony Bennett to Charles Barkley for goodness sake.
