If Pek can play the second half of the season with any regularity the playoffs will not be far fetched!

Maybe the best Pek update so far.

"Pek is lifting to Eye of the Tiger, as he should be."

More from AP guy

Pek: "With this progress, how I feel right now, I can really feel I can come back and be trying to play like I used to play before."

There has got to be some video of this somewhere???

No video available. Tyus Jones, Glen Taylor and his wife were so embarrassed about their loss, that Glen ordered all photographic evidence destroyed.

Fun commentary on some interesting info.

The guy that worked with Curry to help him get stronger and basically solved the ankle issues also worked with Pek and said the only guy stronger than Curry was Pek. That activity sounds encouraging. Honestly Pek is one of my favorite players on the team. I would be thrilled if he could get and stay healthy even a reduced role.

I doubt Curry is really that strong so I call BS on that statement.

Doogie reports great news about Pek. He looks good and has been cleared for full contact practice this week. I'm calling a Pek debut a week from today against Denver...the Wolves may be 100% healthy for the first time since...I don't know, the Truman administration?

Great news indeed. My guess is he will be very rusty at first and may even hurt more than help over the course of his first few weeks of action.

While I'm thrilled at the relative health of this squad - kudos to Mitchell for managing minutes and Kander for whatever magic he's working - it's pretty disappointing that it hasn't translated to more wins.
