I'd rather go after No. 6 and the package from Boston. Julius Randle on a rookie contract beats Millsap on an expiring for me. Would be interesting to see how your projected Millsap team would do, though. I've always been a fan of his.

I like a trade with Phoenix involving Love probably more than any so far as I am a huge Dragic fan and think him and Rubio compliment each other well and could play significant minutes together.
Kevin Love, J.J Barea, Chase Budinger,13th, 40th and 53rd picks for Goran Dragic, Gerald Green, Markieff Morris, Channing Frye, 14th & 18th pick plus return of pick we owe them.
Rubio / Dragic / Shved
Dragic / Martin
Green / Brewer / Muhammad
Morris / Frye / LMAM
Pek / Dieng / Turiaf
With the 14th and 18th picks plus MLE to round out the roster.
Now that would be a fun team to watch and I think a 6 - 8th seed with room to improve based on success of draft picks and development of Dieng and Bazz.

I love Dragic a lot, he is one of my favorite players to watch in the NBA but I don't think the suns would trade for Love and given up Dragic or Bledsoe. Now I don't know if they could get a deal done without one of them being involved but I don't think the suns would get any better. IMO the reason to the suns success last year was the two PG lineup what teams really struggled to guard against, and their depth, if we gut their depth and take away IMO the 4th best PG in the NBA (Paul, Parker, Westbrook, Rose when healthy but he is not) I don't think they would be as good, even how good Love is.
If we would trade with them I could see a trade, even though I don't like it of 14, 18, our pick back, Morris Twins, Len and Gerald Green, I don't like this trade but I think this would be in the ball park of what the Suns would offer.

Favorite scenario: Cleveland #1 and Waiters
Fall Back Plan: 4 #1's from Boston and whatever filler is necessary

I'm on that wagon too.

I think a lot of us are in the picks bandwagon, but we also see that Flip is probably not in the picks bandwagon. That's at least why I am trying to find the deals for proven players.

I agree. I badly want a rebuild, but Flip seems to be content contending for that 8th spot every year. Minnesota sports... The land of mediocrity.

Well said. Some of the smartest Wolves fans I know, a few on here, are content to contend for the 7th-8th spot. I just can't get my arms around that.

Given the Wolves draft history can you blame anyone for that though?
