Kidd was clearly over his head as a coach. Plus Kidd has a wayyy bigger credibility as a player compared to Billiups

Got rid of his top assistant early into the season. The spilled drink stuff. Almost losing to a team who had wayy less talent in the raptors. Gave zero challenge to the heat
