I think there's plenty of Minnesota fans that overvalue their own injured pg. It comes with the territory I suppose.

The difference being our PG's entire game wasn't based on the athleticism that he would then lose a large portion of due to multiple knee injuries. Rose's shooting percentages have plummeted since the knee injuries and he's barely a 5 APG guy either. Add in that he's been a defensive sive most of his career and he's now a middle of the pack PG like Ricky. 17.7 points on 16.4 shots isn't great and if he's going to be sub par everywhere else that just won't cut it. He's a long ways away from his 25-8 on 20 shots days.

And yet by ur own admission he's now on Rickys level . A guy who his dealing with his own lower body injuries, and fans are hoping his shot improves. Doesn't shooting come from the core and legs?

I'm not even sure we can say that. Rubio brings elite passing, is a disruptive plus defender and floor general. Rose probably needs to regain some of his old form to really be above Rubio.

The article said Rose and scraps for Ricky, Dieng, Bennett and another piece. If Rose and Ricky are on equal footing how am I the one overvaluing my PG? If neither can shoot who brings more to the table? The answer is Ricky and they think Rose is worth a lot more than just Ricky hence them overvaluing their PG. Right now Ty Lawson is a better player than Rose and somehow Rose is worth 3 young pieces and Lawson is barely worth second round picks? How does that make sense? We're not overvaluing Ricky. You just don't like Ricky which is fine, but Rose simply isn't a significantly better player than Ricky.

And you are here to try and balance us out by taking a jab at Ricky in every thread that mentions him?

I'm no longer convinced Rose can get to his old self....so the big difference between Rubio and Rose at this point is that Rubio loves the game and will put his body on the line, while Rose clearly views the game as a secondary part of his life as he's already talked about life after basketball.

Ivr never come on here calling people names and belittling their opinions. I simply share mine . Thought that was what we're all here for..make for a shifty message board if we all shared the same opinion..

by the way Ricky drives the lane, I could say that he doesn't put his body on the line
