Jimmy at odds with the 76ers
Re: Jimmy at odds with the 76ers
I'm going to have a little skeptism about these reports because I think sometimes there is more smoke than fire around all this. If I was a Sixers fan I would be pretty nervous though...even more than after the deal was done. IF........Jimmy blows up on another team...man...smh. I won't be shocked if it happens.

Jimmy also missed practice today because of "illness" so there's a little more smoke out there than this article talks about. I don't think I have ever misjudged an athlete's character more than I did Butler...I was so excited when we traded for him. Well, maybe I misjudged Kirby Puckett even more, but at least he truly did what it took to win.

I had that quip in my post... but I took it out to steer clear of the recent rash of Thibs posts.
But it makes sense. Thibs runs the type of offense Butler seems to love. And most of us probably prefer a more free-flowing set.
Get it done, SJM.
Does anyone remember when we supposedly had a deal for Glen to sell the team to the conglomerate on this board? What ever happened to that?
LST backed out once Taylor hired Thibs, thinking that he finally got something right.
But if I'm not mistaken, there have been subtle hints of LST's dissatisfaction with Thibs and therefore Glen. Just a gut feeling I have...ya know, little hints dropped here and there.
Abe on the other hand, we'll NEVER convince him that Thibs has to go. And Doper irrationally thinks Taylor is the best owner in the NBA.

Puckett seemed to be a great teammate... just a bad guy to get stuck in the restroom with if you were female.

I think unfortunately Darren Sharper wins the misjudged athlete award.

This is funny. Go Wolves. I'm amazed every day there are people still here. I keep thinking one time I will login and all the Timberwolves fans will be gone.

Some are only here to watch the neck-to-neck post count between the two of us...

I think the ownership agreement was well before Thibs I think it was middle of the season during Sam Mitchell as coach but...who knows. Can you imagine this board coming to some sort of consensus over what coach To hire? Lol
Edit: I'm cool with rolling with LST being the guy that backed out. I think we now finally know why LST dislikes Thibs so much he costs him a chance to own the Wolves. ;)

Is Kevin Ollie still available as the next Wolves coach?
Re: Jimmy at odds with the 76ers
Isn't it amazing that one selfish player can potentially single handidly compromise two of the most promising up and coming teams within the space of one year?
Good riddance.
