Milt Newton joined me during OKC game & said, barring something unforeseen, roster is set. 15 guys w/ guaranteed contracts will make team.

That means Lorenzo Brown, Kleon Penn & Nick Wiggins are the odd men out.

I've been cooling on Lorenzo Brown a bit. On the one hand, I like the idea that he's a big PG with solid college and D-League experience, plus he's taken a couple laps around the NBA. On the other hand, I haven't really seen much improvement from him and he has no distinctive strengths - he's just sort of mediocre across the board.

I'm not necessarily comfortable with our current PG depth of Miller and Jones - one is too old and the other is too young, plus neither can defend - but I don't really know if LoBrow is much better.

We're really screwed if Ricky can't stay healthy.......

Well I don't think Brown would save the season either. If Rubio goes down I have more faith in Tyus as a PG than Levine because he is you know like actually a PG and he will have Miller to help him out which is something Lavine didn't have after Mo was traded. Miller might be 40 but the guy has missed almost no games in his career.

On top of that having Rudez a likely elite level 3 point shooter would help any guard to have someone to chuck it too and it would open up things for the whole team. It's fun to play guard when there is a guy you know you can whip it too and if they are open its likely an easy 3. The Wolves haven't had much of that the last few years.

91 points on 41 FGs for Lowry in the preseason so far. That's insane
