They can keep Bismack for that kind of cash.. Would rater have Joakim Noah for a much cheaper price.

I'm pretty sure that even without Biyombo's playoff run, he would have got at least 12 million per year just based on how he performed during regular season while Valanciunas was out. He had basically similar stats during that span than he had in playoffs and his Toronto team had pretty much identical record than they had with Valanciunas playing. And like LST wrote in other thread, his per 36 minutes stats have been similar when he has come from bench. So it is not like he would have played much better as starter but more like that he has shown that he can hold his own even against starters.

The reality is that Noah's going to get around $15M per year too...
