Yes and I don't see why you interpreted my comment as a compliment to the Wolves. The point was that Indiana has been in far fewer close games, yet the two they were in, they lost. To Cam's earlier point, if our bench was stronger, perhaps we wouldn't have been in so many close games to begin with and we would be 1-6 or 1-7 in close games instead of 1-13. That would make a huge difference in the W-L column.

Yes, we should be more like Indiana in most every respect. The one way that you specifically mentioned.....and most every other way too......... If that is your point.....you are correct on that.

Of course that was Cam's point, I'm glad that you were able to glean that. If you'll notice, I acknowledge that we agreed on his point. Other ways that we could have won more is if others played stronger (most starters playing better in the 4th, better interior defense, if Ricky wasn't the worst shooting PG in the history of the NBA, Martin's D was better, Love's D was better, etc......), it would have a similar impact. I'm sure that you get that.

Over the course of the last 2 losses (OKC and Atlanta where our starters got killed in the 3rd) the biggest room for improvement has been with the "starters" by either playing better or just playing at all.

Over the past 2 lost games, our starters have let us down. And It seems as though people feel taboo to mention when the starters are very obviously letting us down.

The bench started getting obviously better a bit over 1 month ago..........they are playing very well at times.......I just wish that the starters had not regressed while this was going on.
