Why are you making deals to get a better fit alongside a PF who is leaving anyway?

"I say we trade for Sanders....."
Does MIL have a say in all this?

Considering that the Bucks are probably disappointed in Sanders' actions (injured hand in fight) and production (noted above) and the emergence of John Henson as a more effective, much cheaper guy at the same position...
... I might think they'd invite an offer or two for Sanders. It's been a disastrous season in Milwaukee, and I have to imagine Sanders is near the top of the list of reasons for that... he's regressed mightily.

If by "disappointed", you mean in the broad sense that he was somewhere he maybe shouldn't have been, then yeah. But I heard he was attacked and fought back. If you have other intel, please post link.
If by "regressed", you mean playing poorly coming back from the injury, then yeah. But I refer back to what I said above.
What you are talking about is just getting rid of a screwup ala Stephen Jackson/Jamaal Tinsley. If you have something saying that is the feeling of Senator Kohl and their front office, please post.

To be fair, Sanders may finally be rounding into form a bit. But the way he began the season (pre-fight) was pretty ominous in its own right... albeit in a very small sample size:
3 games
2.7 ppg
3.7 reb
25% fg
no free throw attempts
The year has been a disaster for Sanders and for Milwaukee. Although John Henson has been a major coup.
27+ min
12 ppg
8+ reb
2+ blk
53% fg
The problem is that he and Sanders play the same position and Drew has seem reluctant to play them together, possibly for the similarities in their games?

Yea, honestly I would look to trade Love before Pek. We know where Pek's heart is. . .in Minnesota. Trade Love for a top flight wing and a paint protecting 4.

The two guys wearing a Bucks uniform who I would want in a Wolves uniform are:
John Henson and Gary Neal.
Both are great fits. Henson give us a legit defensive big to form a 3 man rotation with Love and Pek. Neal gives us a legit 3 point shooter and scorer off the bench.
I'd give up anything outside of Love/Rubio/Pek to get them. Problem is we don't have anything outside of those three that is actually worth anything.....
