Yeah, it's tough to be optimistic. Like I said earlier in the thread, we screwed up by not winning at least two out of the three home games against Dallas, OKC, and Phoenix. Now we need to get some unexpected wins. The problem with our team is that we have yet to have a single "signature" win this season. It's tough to see that trend changing based on the current psyche of this team.

I have been thinking about this a lot. There really hasn't been a moment where I would say this team has exceeded expectations all year. It has got to happen at some point if we are a playoff team.

Agreed. With a 100% healthy team now and having used the Williams trade chip, I am out of short-term solutions or excuses. At this point, I think this squad just needs to keep soldiering on and hopefully break out in a big way. Look at how Denver was in a free-fall (8 losses in a row!), with discord and everything, yet now suddenly they are blowing teams out of the water and have passed us again. It's just tough to see us suddenly reel off a bunch of wins....

68% chance that the wolves make the playoffs. I'll take it haha. Thats good for the 7th seed against the OKC in the first round. This can't be wrong can it?

I like that we have a better chance of making the Finals than Portland and Houston and the same odds of winning it as the Clips.

Anybody have Hollinger's phone number so I can place a couple bets with him?

Honestly, does he even look at the garbage his system kicks out before he goes with it? In his system, if you keep beating the Charlotte's by 30 and losing to the Phoenix's by 1, you're a top three team...even if your record is .500!

What does he care... he leveraged his gimmick formula into a pretty sweet, well-paying gig for an NBA team.

Yes a team that went from being an up and coming contender to battling for the 8th seed. I am wondering why this story doesn't get more traction on espn?

Because they were missing their best player, who happens to be one of the best two-way players in the league, until tonight. Imagine where the Wolves would be without Love.
