I think that's pretty well known on the board right now, as well as around the league. I haven't seen anyone argue that Pek was better than Boogie, to be honest. DMC is the most talented center in the world and he's had all these skills for a couple years now, but it's always been mental with him. I'm more than happy with Pek's top-five production, though. For $12M a year, it's tough to beat what he can do on a nightly basis.

It's also virtually impossible to assemble a contender without 2-3 players producing in excess of their contracts. The only ways to secure such players are a) the draft and b) signing ring chasers. We're not attracting any of the latter, and we've reliably screwed up the former.
