The writing on the wall that Bayno sees is Flip. He knows Flip is waiting to take over as head coach as soon as Adelman leaves. I tell you we're all going to be really sick if Flip in a couple of years. I still think he's in over his head in his current position. And he's not a great coach either.

Lip, what do you think will happen with Flip in his other role if he takes over coaching?

Bayno left because he will be the top assistant in Toronto. It's a promotion. I have seen nor heard anything that suggests he would of left if it was a lateral move or it had anything to do with Flip.
