We need to bring in a coach who can teach some of these guys irrational confidence. Nobody out there looks like they have any confidence that they can play better basketball than the other team. We need more guys who don't give a crap about that reality and play with some irrational confidence in their game. Does Swaggy P do consulting work on the side? Maybe Jamal Crawford?
