Impressive 10 minutes for Barea with 4 assists and no turnovers.

With how little GR3 has played this preseason I wouldn't be surprised if he was the one we cut :(

2nd Quarter Observations:

* JJ is looking to distribute more than shoot tonight for a change

* Dieng playing very well in all phases (passing, altering shots on D and scoring)

* Team is playing with a lot of energy - guys are flying around all over (no more K Love bringing up the rear on D)

If Gorgui catches that last bullet pass from Muhammad, he has his third assist of the night. Really impressive half for Shabazz. We all know he can score, but that's the best all around game I have seen him have. 2 steals, 2 assists and a block.

Good all around half for the Wolves too.

Jabari Parker can play basketball...Antetokounmpo, not so much

I can't see them moving Chase unless they get some good value in return. He can play and has value to this team.

Bud has been excellent in the pre season so far. If his shooting is on, he can be really dangerous with his very good cutting ability. If the defender overplay him for his catch and shoot, he is good at going backdoor on them and cutting to the rim.

Mo, martin and brewer are getting the vet dnp's tonight. Bummed that wiggins hasnt played the past 2 games, would have loved to see him play more in the pre season.

Bud has struggled on defense tonight...Mayo really ate him up...but he has looked really good on offense. He looked better on defense last night, and I think he will be fine defending SGs most nights.

Tough match up - every time Bud scores, Mayo wants to come right back at him and do the same. I expect those two to go at it in the second half too.

Carlos, I completely agree with you that Pek's rebound numbers go up with Love gone. I might say it differently though. Since Flip vows to control Pek's minutes, I predict his RPG stays the same, but in fewer minutes. And Gorgiu's rebounding will also benefit by Love's absence.
