Flip isnt' that much younger than Karl, but Karl does seem like he never got back completely from his last battle with Cancer. Karl has never been a big fan of young players either, so I am not sure he would be a very good fit. I agree that Hoiberg would have been a nice get for this roster. Flip has an ego the size of Texas, so I am not sure he will be removing himself.
