Conley gets 9.6 m 2015-16. Ricky is 23 for crying out loud. Extend, averaging 10 million a year. He is still getting better. Nash won MVP's in his late 20's. Signing Ricky is setting up Love that we are serious about building a core and keeping it in place.

PS - PEK is going nowhere

Unless Dieng puts on 15-20 pounds (which is possible), he will keep getting owned by Favors, Boogie and the muscle guys. His numbers may be outstanding right now on a short-term basis, but his stamina will be questionable for 82.

Dieng has added a minimum of 8 pounds a year since he met Rick Pitino for the first time. I'm pretty excited for him this offseason because he isn't some string bean trying to stay in the league that way, he KNOWS what he needs to do.
