I met Glen Taylor's brother at a Wolves game in Phoenix. He stopped me when he saw my Garnett jersey. I was hoping he would invite me to sit behind the bench or something but no such luck.
McHale was on my flight out to Summer League in Vegas one year. At the baggage claim I commented to him not to trade Garnett. He said something along the lines of "we'll see". I guess my opinion didn't carry much weight...
As far as coaching secrets go -- it really seems obvious to me that Flip will coach next year. He made the statement recently that winning next year is what will count for keeping Love. Who is Flip going to trust to start winning right off the bat next year? No one but himself, in my eyes. Plus he's already made statements indicating he would do things different than Adelman. And he also prides himself in his ability to develop PGs, and Rubio would make a nice project for him.
Unless Lip can shoot it down, I'm going with Flip as our next head coach (not that I'm endorsing it!).

Finally after all these years, we know who is to blame for the Garnett trade :furious:

The thought occurred to me that there can't be many things worse than being Glen Taylor's brother...you probably look like him and have his personality (or lack thereof), but you don't have any of his money!

He actually looks very much like him. When I first looked at him I assumed it was Glen, himself.
