When I bumped this 3 hours ago, it showed the original vote of 6-1 in favor of Adelman being top 10. Since then, four new votes against have come in!

Don't I look like the curmudgeonly old man. It is more just a measure of my haste to judgement than my basketball knowledge. I still say Adelman is a great coach, but we need a motivator and someone who understands the new NBA (inexperienced youth) in a huge way at this point. Think about it this way, every year you have to have a rookie on your team. Usually that rookie will be 19 or 20. Is Adelman the coach you want handling those players every year? Someone had mentioned Karl above and even though I find him annoying someone of that ilk would work well with what we have. The real problem now is that moves were made with Adelman in mind (Martin and Bud) that may only make sense to him.
