It also sounds like Portland is no longer accepting offers for Dame.
Wolves fan commiserate here!

That might be but we really only have Naz Reid, Slomo or Conley to offer. Not sure that we have much outside our big 4 that would interest Memphis as they need Tyus more than ever with Ja out for 25 games. Wolves had his rights and let him go and they could have signed him last year too. I'll be p*ssed if we give up much to get him as I was one who preferred him over DLO. I also think that Tyus is a free agent next year, so really don't want to give up more than Naz, Moore or a couple second rounders for a year of Tyus.
I’m glad that Doogie is the source because I think it would be dumb to give up any assets for Tyus.KG4Ever wrote: ↑Wed Jun 21, 2023 3:56 pmThat might be but we really only have Naz Reid, Slomo or Conley to offer. I agree, Sundog. I still think a KAT or Rudy deal this summer is highly unlikely, but it’s not totally out of the question. TC made it clear that he’s open to deals for any players if those deals, in his words, “knock his socks off.” Boston remains the team to beat in the East in spite of Miami’s surprising success in this year’s playoffs. I think the Portzingis acquisition ups the ante in the East and will force potential contenders to seriously consider adding a high level big to their starting lineup. Miami has Bam. Philly has Embiid, Milwaukee has Giannis and Brook Lopez. If the Knicks, Hawks, Nets and Pacers want to contend, they’d have to have interest in adding either KAT or Rudy.
May just be posturing. But if it’s for real, then we can be pretty sure Portland has decided to trade the #3 pick in an effort to make one last championship run with Lillard. If we want to read even more into it, we can speculate that Portland already has a deal for the #3 pick in place and ready to the trigger pull tomorrow.
