The encouraging part? He’s only 23. TC’s master plan has been to surround ANT with players that can help him win sooner than might be normally expected. It’s a process that has actually gone pretty well. We will see how it manifests itself in the playoffs.

Ahhhh the great Timberwolves fan reasoning "he's still young/look at his age/he'll keep getting better because this is only his 3rd/4th year/remember guys he's only X".60WinTim wrote: ↑Sat Apr 12, 2025 6:14 pm The encouraging part? I see the logic. I've just seen said logic fail with so many Timberwolves players in the last 15 plus years, since I've been on these boards. In fact, I'm trying to remember a single time it actually worked out. Hopefully it does manifest itself in the playoffs! I just want one championship from one of the Big 4 sports teams.

Ant is one of the very very very few, in this team's existence, that keeps showing incremental improvements year to year. And he does it with a tremendous load on his plate. I believe is he is talented enough to figure anything out.ItsJustSoSab wrote: ↑Sun Apr 13, 2025 12:36 pmAhhhh the great Timberwolves fan reasoning "he's still young/look at his age/he'll keep getting better because this is only his 3rd/4th year/remember guys he's only X".60WinTim wrote: ↑Sat Apr 12, 2025 6:14 pm The encouraging part? Re: Ant in the clutch
My buddy was saying Ant is going to win because its whoever has the most points in the clutch and that is Ant (it’s because if the massive more games played)
Re: Ant in the clutch
Perk also said Ant is the one who had KAT traded.

Edwards is a finalist for the NBA Clutch Award... whatever that is.
And it's pretty funny, knowing what we know about his late-game foibles all season.
