I think Joan has 2 fouls in less than 4 minutes. But he's still on the floor. It's great to see him play, but he ain't the cavalry coming for the BIG club. In TC's effort to get a PG, I hope he adds a defensive minded BIG as well...

And the vet gets 5 points and a block in his first 2 minutes!

Rocco is a pretty bad rebounder. The 3 point shot is inquiring though.

.....aaaaand he's back on the bench after a heat-check 3 and failing to box out after a close-out. LOL.

Given his age, it's only going to get better. His mechanics look solid.

Yeah, the ability to react and position himself for rebounds that basically don't fall to him is pretty bad right now.

Joan needs these games under his belt so he can develop. I expect him to stay down for some more games after this one. If only we could merge Rocco and Joan into one player! :D

Unfortunately, Q, neither Newton or Pullin are making a case for Freeman's 2way...

Not sure either one looks as good as Happy Wendell Moore :o .

For those who are calling for Joan to get some minutes behind Rudy, tonight makes it clear he's not close to being ready. He may not even be ready for the pace of G League games. And just to clarify, I'm not down on Joan long term.
