Adding Ball it just doesn't seem like moving Rudy makes sense now especially with the PF situation unresolved. I guess we will have to wait and see what's next.

Yossi has them at 209m
Rerouting Green is the key. If they do that without taking back over ~6m in salary in return, that could get them back under the tax. I fully expect the Randle/Ball 4 team trade to become more.
