I don't think I can watch him play another snap. It's infuriating how he's worse then JJM at this point.

You put up a whopping 15 points against the worst defense in the NFL? OK 1 week of shit, even two weeks struggling, I get it. Show me something, anything for more then a few quarters in a half a season of football. You aint winning shit with this garbage.

This has to be worse then any Ponder year, heck I'd take Joe Webb or McNabb at this point. This is embarrassingly bad.

I also noticed that KOC abandoned the run game to start chucking it, I'm sure to appease the fans. Yet it sucked even worse.

To be a 6-1 team and have no hope and be a complete joke and fraud is quite interesting though.

It is worse than Ponder because Ponder wasn't running out there with these weapons. I refuse to believe that this group can't be better, Kyler or otherwise but this is pathetic. It's even more infuriating because this a Superbowl roster everywhere but QB -- interior O line and safeties are questionable but still.

All that keeps happening each week is the defense continues to stack more and more evidence that they are not only the best defense in the league, by a wide margin, but that they are also on a historic pace. Meanwhile the offense continued to prove that they can't do shit

Other than his ability to run fast when he decides to run I don't know why Murray is out there at his point. He did have that nice deep throw to Addison, but he missed so many throws and took a couple sacks where I'm like what is he doing?

Also I'm starting to wonder if Grant Udinski was the QB genius because the offense has been shit since he left. I'm also confused as to why we didn't kick a FG going for the win on one drive then went ahead and didn't go for it after the defense was having a hard time getting a stop on the last drive. Fortunately this team has stacked up wins and is mostly healthy but that was a game they should have won with decent QB play.

Did anyone else think the oline was at least decent tonight? Sure the run blocking could have been better but they only got so many opportunities too because the Vikings offense wasn't on the field a whole lot. It just felt like tonight the struggles were so much on Kyler even if he did make some throws...but even a backup usually makes a few plays.

Kyler just sits back there all day prancing around like a ballerina practicing twists and twirls. All day to throw. Oline was pretty good!

Big problem, No decisiveness on his throws. Chucks it up in the air once in a while to no mans land. Sure great he's good at those screens! Big whoop. Oh and he can hit Hock for some reason up the seam, maybe the gap in the oline opens up so he can see it. Where the WR's he can't see where he's throwing it so he just chucks it up there. Literally, thats what I think is happening.

It was the same thing in AZ where he was pretty great to the TE and short routes, but when asked to throws deeper with zip or with anticipation, he can't do it, can't see it.

Oh and why KM wont run the ball and pick up 5+ yards when it's there and the pass might not be, just keep the O going forward. I'm over it. I know why AZ paid him 35 mill to leave. Makes sense.

I can see in a perfectly designed offense where he runs a lot more and it's designed for him to roll out more, hit shorter routes with the occasional deep ball 40+ to keep the defense honest, maybe. But it's too much and KOC certainly can't design plays that works for him and the offense. He's got more weapons here then AZ and certainly he's playing worse right?

If I was KOC I would have analyzed every play from KM's career. OK, What works for him and what doesn't? Let's design a system that focuses on his strengths and what he is capable of. I think he modified the offense some sure, but really only half ways. Not all in. Just like when I tried to force JJM to try and be Sam Darnold in his first few starts. Maybe try running the ball to help our the rook! Idiotic.

Like dude, do you not at all know what your QB's strengths and weaknesses are? Guys seriously clueless in some aspects. Good politician though. Can spit a nice word salad.

I do think he's a good HC overall though even still. But as a OC, schemer and playcaller, he's been bad. KOC should fire KOC the playcaller, hes letting KOC down.

I'm with you 100%. Ponder didn't have shit to work with other then AP to hand it too. I wonder what the stats are between the two. I kind of feel like Kyler is/has been worse.

Pretty good way to put it. Unfortunately that's a decision that would have been best made in the off-season.

I really don't know what they're supposed to do at this point. It was stupid to trade JJ cause now you don't have someone else to turn to -even if he probably wouldn't be any better.

Best I can guess is that you are able to get Jonathan Taylor in here and lean into a ground and pound. The line is blocking better than their running backs are giving them

I think you have to turn to Wentz and IDK about Taylor. If the price is right then sure (fair draft comp). The issue is how much we'd have to trade to get him and with how much mileage and pay he makes in the next couple years I'm a bit meh on the idea overall. I might 1st try and trade for a cheaper back if it were up to me. Save more draft picks and save money on the cap. Then look to draft a guy next draft.

I just think we might be in a bad place cap and pick wise with JT.

I think for me to be all in on JT I need Kirk at the QB spot. Trade the farm for both and go for it all. I'm pretty skeptical even with JT that Kyler or Wentz will do enough to make us legit contenders.

I do think we have no option but to try Wentz now though. He'll at least try and get the WR's involved which will give our offense a higher upside. The issue of course is, he tends to be erratic at times too. But he will make plays. Where Kyler throws the ball to no one a lot. Wentz will give JJ and others a chance to get the ball. Tighter window throws too.

Not saying Wentz is great, but it's who we got now.

I'm not really all the read up on the cap situation or the draft picks, so I'm coming in cold on that end, but you don't get a lot of seasons where you have defense playing like this. If there is an opportunity to get this offense some really life than you shouldn't be overly concerned about the long term implications. Obviously you have to consider those things, but something serious has to be done to help the offense. Wentz ain't gonna be it, and a trade for QB is super unlikely and quite possibly not that helpful.

It's easy to blame the play caller and he's certainly capable, but he doesn't have a stable play than can be reliably executed cause even the running backs are woefully under preforming. Taking a swing on a RB isn't necessarily a great move, but I think it's the best one in front of them

Multiple times Murray can't even hit a guy 10 yards down the field wide open near the sideline and no olineman are in his way on those throws. It's not like he is missing tight window throws in those instances. Sometimes he is closer to throwing the ball into the turf than completing it. Meanwhile he scrambles and then you are like oh man he escaped the pocket and he is gonna make some awesome throw and it sails out of bounds etc. Probably one thing that's saving Murray and maybe even the Vikings locker room is Murray seems like a low key dude isn't about flash or whatever so guys probably don't hate his guts.

KOC has to take some blame too. He made Josh Dobbs look better than Murray the first few quarters Dobbs was here and Dobbs was here for a few hours before that. I agree I think KOC is a good head coach and has done some good things here. I do think the run game has been better and they have leaned into it more but the passing game is bad and with the oline shored up there just isn't any excuses anymore. I haven't turned on a QB like this since Ponder got hurt and Matt Cassel came in and took one snap and I was like oh...Ponder definitely sucks.
