It will be interesting to see who gets let go to make room. Heck of a special team guy to add if nothing else. Oh just saw they waived Epps. I mean if something happens with Kearse their backup safety would be a Rookie in Epps. They might trust Sendejo as more of a pure safety than Kearse anyways.

Yeah it made sense, he knows the system so he can step in if need be. Versus other teams, it would be hard for him to get going up to speed mid season already. Provides some depth and ST action.

Amusingly the Eagles claimed Epps on waivers so we basically traded him for Sendejo. I liked Epps but I'm not that worried about losing him...except all our safeties are UFA and it seems to take a while for DBs to learn Zimmer's system.

Vikings are ranked 5th in offense and 7th in defense. Point per drive (entire NFL).

Dallas is ranked 2nd in offense and 9th in defense. Points per drive.

I didn't know Dallas was this good, especially on offense. Statistically it looks to be a real close matchup.

Overall net rankings have Dallas 3rd in the NFL. Vikings are 5th in the NFL.

Of course 1 and 2 are NE and SF.

I wonder if Dallas has had a softer schedule so far?

The thing about those stats is...I'm not sure either team is as good as the rankings of defense and offense combined. So yeah probably a good matchup. Lol

Linval Joseph is out. That will hurt the run defense.

I'm curious how the D looks with him out.

That hurts, no Thielen and no Linval. I think if the Vikes can somehow win this one it would be impressive. I'll say if the Vikes can run the ball well they will win, I always say it, Oline plays good, Vikes win. OLines bad, Vikes lose. They need the running game to set up the playaction pass, because they can't pass block well enough to just drop back and throw a lot.

Sounds like Josh Doctson might be activated and therefore be available to play in this game. I still have moderate hopes for what he might be able to do to help this team.

Agreed.
