Depends, worst O-line? Yes. Worst skill position talent? Not even close. He's never had the quality, nor depth of receiving talent he has here. Not much you can do when the defense gets to you almost as quickly as the ball.
To be fair, I think the Vikings receiving core is pretty unproven as well.
I just watched the PC with Zimmer. Norv resigning seems to have been all Norv and Zimmer was surprised as well and got chopped up talking about Norv a couple times.
Reading some articles it and the writing on the wall after last season it looks like he was doubtful to come back in 2017 anyway. Zimmerman gets the rest of the season to see if we have the guy he wants moving forward on the staff.

I'm not saying they're All-Pro, but just between Diggs and Rudolph he's never had anyone that good, and Theilen may be better too. He has played on some absolutely talentless teams, and I believe his receivers have been among the league leaders in drops pretty much his entire career.
