Joe Webb was the trailblazer in having a 3rd QB that was valuable elsewhere.
I swear he is still on someone's roster somewhere.

Kyle Sloter played WR in college. He seems like he could be that combo guy on the bench. Sadly it looks like Mannion is winning the backup spot.

Avante Collins injured his left leg and had to be carted off the practice field.

That headline is pretty misleading. They had nothing other than the quote from Zimmer which disclosed nothing about the injury. I was happy to hear from Zimmer when I watch the video yesterday that he expected Collins to be back.

Preseason starts tonight. We will get to see how Bridgewater is doing. He looks to be the Saint future QB.
I am not sure what to gather out of the game tonight. I likely won't watch and will be at Twins game.

I've watched 2 preseason games so far the HOF and the Browns Washington game. I think there is only so much to be taken from these games. I'm looking forward to watching this game and so may actually watch the full one instead of the condensed version.
Have fun at the Twins game. This series should produce some entertaining baseball.
