Thanks for posting some of this draft stuff Bleed. I'm pretty far behind when I comes toebaluating this draft class.

One of the guys I had an affinity for out of last year's class was Nebraska (and Sioux Falls native) Nate Gerry who won a championship with the Eagles playing special teams.

I saw that. Great to see him make a roster and be lucky to get a ring too.

Malik Jefferson would be an interesting choice in 1st. Not an immediate need, but going into 2019 he would give us options at LB.

I'm still on the Mayfield train. Wether he will actually drop that far, who knows. Probably not. Otherwise I'd look at OLine as the biggest priority. I have done no research though, so who might fall that far, I have no idea.

Mayfield has the mentality I like. He seems like a guy that will do whatever it takes to win. Like the opposite of Wiggins. D:

Thanks for posting Bleed.

I didn't realize Mayfield was that short. I wonder in a positive way if Lamar Jackson is a player. I'll be interested to see how this QB group shakes out.

Man another Uber talented RB class? AP may want to be thinking about what he wants to do next. Could we get a value guy in the middle rounds to take McKinnon's spot?

As always I will be curious to see where some Huskers go. I know I am biased but it just illustrates how many talented guy are out there and how narrow the margin can be for guys to make it or don't and so many factors play into it. Chris Jones was a CB that had put together some nice film and was likely a guy that would have gotten drafted last year but came back and ended up hurting his knee. Could he be a guy that can be gotten later in the draft or even as an UFA and turns into something? There are lots of guys like that around the country.

I think AP is finished. Another strong RB class is his doom and that he proved he couldn't be healthy. I think him, Lynch, and Lacy might be out of the league next fall.

I like the QB class. I think taking a flyer on Lamar is a good idea in second round if he is there. I am interested in a DT/LB/OT/RB in first 3-4 rounds. I think going for a LB this year is good insurance against losing Barr or Kendrick. I don't see anyone on the team that can step in. Maybe that is what we reached last year? I think we have to be regretting not going Desmond King.

I am intrigued by Tegrau Scales in the mid rounds.

I would consider Leighton Vander Esch with 30th. Looks like an upside LB that could be a replacement in 2019 if needed.
