Our biggest need this off season is a backup point guard. McLaughlin just isn't good enough for regular minutes in the NBA.

Anderson and Conley were tremendous tonight. Rudy and KAT were solid. Jaden scored, but 5 turnovers isn't acceptable. Ant went 4-16, Prince was 2-10 and JMac was 0-5. The terrible shooting of those three plus Jaden's 5 turnovers and a defense that gave up 123 points all added up to a terrible loss.

Yes, Ant was terrible tonight. But mostly he's been fantastic all season. We lost tonight because of his poor play and the poor shooting of Prince and JMac as well as poor D. But we've lost a lot of games to lesser teams throughout the season because of other players. This is a .500 team. It was that way before KAT got hurt. It was that way when KAT was out. And it's that way now with KAT back. This just isn't working.

Let's blame it on the team dysentery. Hopefully it passes soon.

Just when you beging to forget, they remind you who they are.

Health is going to be crucial.

KAT's leg clearly isn't 100%, and that's a problem. He's such a good shooter, he can get by without it, but it is definitely limiting him on both ends. Hopefully, that'll improve in the next couple weeks.

I thought Ant's ankle might be giving him problems, but maybe it's the tuberculosis or whatever the fuck everybody's got. He's also definitely not 100% both physically and mentally.

Bottom line, we got outhustled in the second half. When Schroeder was stripping the ball from us like he was set to 1.25 speed and Vando was hounding our guys on D like he just chugged a gallon of coffee, we responded lethargically. Half-assed passes that came a half-second too late, half-assed drives straight into the defense, half-assed rotations on defense, and some dumb-ass shots. That's it. That's why we lost. They played harder and smarter than we did in that second half. That can't happen if we want to play very long.

Ant apparently was puking at half time. Just one of those seasons.
