Not sure why Chris Finch left D'Angelo Russell and McDaniels on the bench for so long late in the fourth, but I think that was the difference.

Dlo was terrible defensively for a big stretch there. Lala land on the Abaji alley oop, then went under the NAW 3 (wolves were going over on every other NAW PnR), then got blown by Sexton with 0 resistance (he also air balled a 3 in this stretch), also on the Jazz go ahead bucket with 2 ish minutes left Dlo did his pointing thing on defense and Ant was late to the Beasley 3 because of it (Beasley missed but we were not in possession to rebound).

Dlo was fantastic in the 1st half but I understand why finch waited to put Dlo back in because his effort was really bad on D in the second half.

Oh, wow. Not at all what I was watching, but go off. Anthony Edwards fell asleep a number of times defensively late, including the play that allowed an open corner three for Malik Beasley [that he missed] and you're blaming someone else for it? What are we doing here? Miscues happen, but I didn't see a lack of effort tonight.

Minnesota's offense stagnated down the stretch with a unit too reliant on Ant for scoring and not enough size to pressure defensively. Utah rolled them in pick-and-roll game. What kills me is that if you're going to sub out for defense then get Jaden McDaniels back on the floor. Finch didn't.

McDaniels subbed out with 10:11 and didn't re-enter until 1:26 left. I get that he had five fouls, but uhh, maybe get him back in sooner?

And then with D'Angelo Russell it's just a matter of getting too cute with your lineups. Subbed out at 7:21 when he didn't need to. It cost them, I think.

Wolves lost because of their immaturity from everyone involved. Gave up so many free points with technicals and that is the difference

Just watched the play again. I'm wrong it was Ant getting lost. Misinterpreted it in the moment that Dlo was passing Kessler off to Ant.

3 other 3 plays I stand by.

That is my bad though on that one play

Im surprised there is so much angst about this one. I thought it was a tough game with us without our 2 best bigs. Would have been nice to capitalize but we were right there. Let's keep fighting every game.

OMG...how many times (4) did DLO stop ball in transition and close out on the 3 point shooter? I know you're not serious, but some people may think you are resulting in a county wellness check ("I worry he's huffed so much primer red that he won't remember to eat")

I wonder what Tim Donnelly is thinking watch the guy he drafted Walker Kessler go for 20 points, 21 rebounds tonight.

Dude I have been one of the biggest supporters of Dlo on this board. Cam blamed Finch for not going back to Dlo earlier and I was saying Dlo had a really rough stretch on defense in the 4th so that is maybe why he didn't go back to him. I think they should have went back to him but they didn't.

Don't worry I'm not a D-loser, KG4Ever or Cool. Think Dlo is a solid starting PG, think his weakness are killers but at the moment the wolves have no better options

I'm not mad about this one. I will say all the fire Connelly talk online is really annoying.
