Slo mo is like an entirely different type of Shane Battier, just the glue that holds the house together

We could use another just like him

If we can somehow integrate KAT with out losing ball movement or wWAY worse spacing, I see the vision
Uonwards to .500 ball!

Hopefully our vision extends well beyond and above .500 ball. :). KAT's presence shouldn't hurt spacing, but it will probably hurt ball movement. But let's enjoy what we're seeing without KAT for now and hope for the best.

I won't argue with you on that. I'm giving multiple game balls out to Taurean Prince, Jaden McDaniels, Slo Mo, DLO and Gobert.

Ha! As a long time wolves fan, I've already adjusted my expectations from full Rube mode preseason. But I see the light! Or am I just being a rube?

Some good comments from Finch in post-game presser. He said, "we just needed to find five guys willing to guard someone in the first half." Talking about Ant making big plays after making mistakes, he said "Ant care." I thought that was an important and telling comment. Talent + caring = winning. We've had too many players over the years who didn't really care - JR Rider, McCants, Wes Johnson, Derrick Williams, Ricky Davis. Who have I left out? Anyway, you all know what I'm talking about.

All the players on the Wolves have their respective faults. Ant is young and makes young-player mistakes. Sometimes he gets sticky fingers. DLO isn't a good defender, makes some dumb turnovers and is a really streaky shooter. KAT whines too much, fouls too much and isn't a good defender. Gobert has shaky hands, can't shoot and isn't particularly tough. The list goes on. But all those guys are talented, and just as importantly, they all care.

That's what I liked most about Gobert, and why I liked the trade, and why I think Ant will be a star. They both care A LOT about winning. Gobert doesn't show it as much on his face during loses, at least this season...but all reports say he is fierce when it comes to winning

He's damn near become a three-level scorer. His shot making has helped make up for Nowell's pathetic play.
