I think when someone opts out of that much money they usually have a back up plan in place. That's a real contract. Wow. Ball and Hayward.

I'll say this...the Hornetss have Batum and Zeller coming off the books after this year so they have a bunch of space so maybe overpaying Gordon makes some sense. IDK how things will turn out but Graham, Ball Gordon, Washinton and some C (zeller for now) isn't the worst group I've ever seen.

Especially after Haywards dud stint in Boston, Ainge really tried to be greedy? Turner would have been perfect for Boston
