I haven't been this upset/down on Towns in his entire career to this point. Even when Minnesota got this to a five-point game his attitude remained the same. Zero fire. Didn't look like he cared if they lost by 50.

If Kat played like Naz the Wolves would be a good team

Despite the justified negativity in the thread, I will say that I feel encouraged by Anthony Edwards' effort and production tonight (obviously). He showed me a lot, especially in regards to his shot selection. He got a few buckets inside early and continued to punish Golden State at the rim throughout the game. The killer mentality, focused demeanor, willing the ball in the basket, etc. That guy did everything he possibly could to put the team on his back in ways that we've seldom seen in Minnesota since Kevin Garnett was traded.

Well see you next game.
Fantastic effort by Ant, Naz, Pat Bev and vando. They all showed massive heart tonight and man do I appreciate it.
Dlo was terrible for 3 of 4 Q. At least he really helped getting the Wolves back in the game in the 3rd. Also why are dlo and Naz PnR significantly better then Dlo and Kat PnR.
Worried Beasley might not be good off the bench. Still early though.
McDaniels might not be good. Obviously so early but 4 or more fouls in 8 of 10 games. Shooting terribly also. Massive concern.
Kat you are dead to me. You are not good enough to be the 1A and win constantly but then pout when Ant starts going off. So done with you. So much talent just wasted because you are not getting your way

One last comment here before I call it a night.
I see no reason for Leandro Bolmaro and Jaylen Nowell to be left out of the rotation. Malik Beasley, Jaden McDaniels, Josh Okogie, and Taurean Prince just haven't been productive. I'm not suggesting the Wolves completely give up on those guys -- except for Okogie, he needs to receive consistent DNP's -- but why not see if there's a spark with one of the young guys? Can Bolmaro or Nowell be any worse than that group has been so far?

I didn't see tonight's game. But see the box score and reading posts by some good basketball minds on this board tells me that KAT was terrible tonight. I've been a been supporter of KAT, but he's been wearing thin with me so far this season and I suspect I would have been as disgusted as others by his play tonight. Meanwhile, it looks like Wiggins played far, far better tonight than Wiggins. The box score also suggests that McDaniels continued to show tonight why he dropped so far in last year's draft in spite of his obvious gifts.
There's still a long way to go this season, but I can see the front office blowing this team up next offseason and rebuilding around Edwards. At this point, that would be fine with me.

I never watch the post game show on Ballys, Kat interview coming up. This should be riveting.
