Renowned shot hunter crawford took and make 1 shot. Wiggins miss 1 shot. Taj got a dunk off a nice jimmy feed. Tyus role in the 4th is to bring the ball to half court and pass it to jimmy the whole quarter.

I am a jimmy fan but it gets too much. Thibs should call some other plays and its on him more so than butler.

Agree with that, all of it.

Andrew statistically has been the wolves best clutch player every year he has been in the NBA. That statement is just not true. Like I like Zach as much as the next guy but that statement is not true.

Like Wiggins 50% FT in the last 2 minutes or his 1 for 8 on game winning shots?

His 4 years in the League he has shot 68%, 68%, 78% and 79% from the line in clutch situations, he has been in the top 2 on the team in clutch situations in FG% on the wolves every year he has been in the league.

Like I am fine if you argue against wiggins everyone has the right, but don't be dumb and bring things that are just not true to the table.

I think it's because Zach LaVine just provided a terrific example of why people wanted to keep him over Andrew Wiggins even with an ACL injury. He's engaged, willing, and confident in all moments. He's not scared of failure. I think as fans we appreciate that more than someone who tends to disappear when the situation gets more difficult.

And to be fair, Wiggins does have some clutch moments, but it seems that does not compare to how many games he's gone invisible in. Like tonight he started 5-5 from the field and then faded into the sunset...

Zach had a great game, he's had them before. But Wiggins disappearing is a much larger biproduct of your favorite coach than anything he does. Again, what is he supposed to do? Say sit down Thibs, i got this?

I love Butler. He's my favorite player, but his hero ball has indeed run its course. It worked at the start of the season but no more. However, if youre Butler and you pass the ball off to a wide open Wiggins and Kat and they both clank threes..it probably doesnt encourage you to pass it in the future....

Thibs is borderlining kurt rambis with his offensive strategy

I said this after the Cleveland game and everyone wanted to defend him and say "we wouldn't have been in it had it not been for him." Nonsense.

Jimmy turns into JJ Barea late in games if you allow him to. The ball movement just ceases to exist down the stretch.

I hope Thibs not playing Teague late in games becomes a recurring theme.

He is 2nd on the team in FG% on the team in clutch situations this year behind Taj. Maybe he should be getting the ball more down the stretch.

So teams can just leave him open and bring an extra defender to Butler last in game situations?

Reality is Wiggins is this teams third best player and most nights he does contribute numer 3 type numbers. I just see so much untapped potential to be more than that

Where are you getting these numbers from because all I remember is Wiggins missing FT's late in games, last 2 minutes. Which is why I wanted to keep LaVine. LaVine was not given all the chances Wiggins was given either.

I can't believe he's higher then 70% in the last 2 minutes. I think it has to be close to 60% or under.

Kek, it's just the mentality of fans that have to find someone to pin blame on after a tough loss. Wig is an easy target, he doesn't jump and down. He plays completely unselfish. And he's willing to let the spotlight shine on the veteran Butler. But when called upon he has always been good and played with toughness in the clutch.

If Teague had been in that game late, we would have lost that game sooner. They woulda just let Teague get the yips on his own.

Teague is like a closer who has good strikeout stats, racks up a lot of saves, but will blow 10 crucial games too and never makes you feel comfortable with him out there.
