Seriously, that was a very solid quarter. We finally settled down defensively and we didn't let them run away with it. I'll take it.

I don't think the "minority stake" part rules out KG buying into the team.

Positioning != Promise
Besides the bad news guy wouldn't be the primary stakeholder for the group. Nothing about Kaplan sounds that bad, does it?
