Why does he have to choose? Why can't he play them together if JJ is shooting well.

What message does it send to our players when Rick routinely leaves our starters on the floor till the last minute with double digit leads, but once again he pulled Love with 3.5 minutes remaining down those same double digits. Really shows a lot of confidence in your team. Out of the question to change your PG, and think that might help. or pull two guys out that probably shouldn't even be on the roster. How can our coach just quit like that with over 3 minutes left in the game. How many times have teams come back and won games in half that amount of time?

Adelman's a loser, that's how. And I don't think you can have JJ on the floor in the closing minutes for a huge reason. He wants the ball in his hands or he wants to be the one to take the big shot. Problem is, he's a horrendous decision maker. If he's on the court, it means one of two things will happen. 1) Ricky becomes an off-ball shooter. Mehh. Makes Ricky less valuable. 2) As soon as Ricky or anyone swings it to him, that's the end of the ball movement. He's gonna look for his own shot. Mehh.

Good teams win close games with good execution from a team standpoint. JJ doesn't live by that rule. He wants to be a hero and have his name in the paper. What did we see after Lillard made that late three tonight? JJ went down the floor and threw up an ill-advised jumper. Not a fan. Nope. Keep the Puerto Rican ballhog on the bench and bring in the distributor; the guy who has a good chance of making something good happen on both ends of the court.
